I always expect holiday inn to be nicely updated but mattresses were springing n hard, rooms we very outdated, cocking in bathrooms was broken. They had warm cookies which kids loved in the evening, pool was nice, staff was friendly, all guests were also very nice

The only thing wrong with the room I had was the ac/heat unit clicked non stop when it ran and had fan only option. The face of the unit wasn't attached and would fall off.

The cover for hvac was off. Still worked but annoying. But unsure why the heater has to put out cold & hot air. Isn’t that double work for units. Sometimes it does not pay to save in equipment on that. Just have to grin it & bear it. All in having a business.

Easy to find, clean room, within walking distance to a couple of places to eat. Room was clean. Bedding was high quality. Pool was tiny. I think the load limit was 10. Breakfast was plentiful. The actual room had some rough edges, but still fine. The staff was very friendly.

I wasn’t sure about it based on some of the reviews I had read. Overall I enjoyed my multi day stay. Nice hot breakfast in the morning. Indoor pool. Nice layout. I felt it was nice for the money.

Comfortable: Great beds, choice of pillows, plenty of towels, hot water - clean rooms - newer bathroom and beds. Some features were tired but nothing broken. Had a microwave, small refrigerator and (one-cup) k-cup coffee maker. And the elevator was operating. Would say good choice for weary traveler that wants to rest.

The overall was ok. When arrived the elevator was out and I'm not able to take stairs. Put me in 1st floor, but was near the housekeeping station that you hear the door slamming shut again and again. I realize that thats there station to work. But put a stop door closure on it so it doesn't disturb guests slamming each time. This is a good hotel if staying one night. Any other longer stay, I would not recommend staying.

Old. Dirty carpet. Elevator broken (long term?) and this was not disclosed until checkin. Beds are incredibly high which was fine for us but an older individual or someone with any type of chronic condition may have significant difficulty.
