But it’s showing a little wear compared with my earlier visits when it was brand new. The light and alert sound on the legendary waffle maker was broken as was my in/room refrigerator. "

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
