"Beautiful location with a beautiful view but just feels like there is very little upkeep. Broken mirror in the bathroom, fan in the bathroom sounded like it was going to take off. Some of the lights didn’t work. Toilet roll holder barely hanging on the wall. It’s not a bad spot but just needs some love. Beautiful beach on the shore of Huron."

"This is an old motel that I believe is being renovated one room at a time. Unfortunately, our room was not one of the newly renovated ones and was, quite frankly, disgusting! We are not picky but have an expectation of clean. The only thing that was clean was the bed. The floor had not been vacuumed, the fridge was dirty, the microwave was filthy and I could hardly bring myself to even use the bathroom, certainly no shower was had. Even if there had been some attempt to clean the room, this...

"Beautiful area with hiking trails, kayaks available at your doorstep, owners were accommodating and available and a pleasure to meet. Everything you need for exception of your food and clothes. Small store with essentials if needed. Would definitely stay again."

"This hotel is very old as soon as you look at it you think oh what have I done but once you get inside the room, you see it’s all new and the staff is very helpful polite and quick. I am 83 years old travelling along with my dog and I felt safe."

"The only problem we had was being on the first floor and a smoking area was right outside our room. Smoke came into our room through the air conditioning system. To make matters worse someone started smoking pot outside our room. We reported it to management and they offered us 10,000 Holiday Inn bonus points. I feel they did all they could to help. I would not recommend staying on the first floor."

"Simple room but clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep the Inn on Pim will work. Rooms have been totally renovated with new beds and accessories. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable."

"This hotel was surprisingly great! The entire place, and my room were completely spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful. Full breakfast (not just continental) was included and it was delicious! I'll absolutely stay here again when I visit Sault Ste Marie."

"Room smelled and felt like was last cleaned in 1968 pillows had bad odours to them roudy people were coming and going all nightlong poor sleeping as a result staff ignored customers lined up while staff chatted to friends on the phone made checking in long and involved"

"room door would not close on it's own, took too long for hot water to reach the sink and the toilet tank took awhile to fill. I could not flush twice in a row and you waist alot of water waiting for hot water at the sink."
