"The heat was on full blast, no option to turn off or switch to air. Staff told us to open our sliding door but there was no screen. Room walls are super thin, the room next to us a room full of drunk girls returning from a concert, we could hear the crying, puking and falling all over the place while my daughters tried to sleep. Hotel was clean, but outside of the parking garage there was garbage and a pool of blood that we had to walk over as it was on the steps to the door. Will not stay again."

"Had a problem checking in - as they wanted to charge me for the room but I had already paid. It was figured out promptly and we got our keys. Clean room. Walls a tad bit thin - we could hear our neighbors snooring. Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of choices to eat from waffles to egg McMuffins and cereal. "

"Didn’t like the room layout, bath needs a little updating. Bed was only queen, not overly comfortable. Did not use any amenities nor breakfast. Close to highway, nothing to walk to. Do not clean room daily. Nothing bad but not great."

"Loved the outdoor area with the green space and patio furniture! Starbucks was perfect! The pool was nice, but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast buffet was delicious!"

"The fixtures in the room were very worn, and battered. Bathtub was stained, floor uneven curtains improperly hung. Security door to outside was duct-taped permanently open allowing anyone access. Worst room I've ever had. (Reflected in the price however)"
