"Very clean room with housekeeping mid stay. Continental breakfast included ( toast or biscuit w fresh fruit and coffee) two complimentary rum punch coupons presented in check in which was a nice touch and unexpected. We are at the restaurant twice during our 5 days - the food was very good and the theme was Cajun. Staff was very friendly. Also recommend d’coal pot close to the ferry terminal for home cooked Caribbean cuisine. We skipped renting a car and took taxi and bus around the island. The hotel was VERY convenient to everything downtown. Short walk from ferry and to National park . Very worth the value!"

"We had a wonderful time Gallows Point in Apr 2026. They were waiting for us at the dock at Cruz Bay when we arrived and took us to the resort. Check in was easy and they took our luggage to the room. The condo was very nice and clean and the view of Cruz Bay was gorgeous. We sat on the deck each morning with our coffee. They provided chairs and beach towels and fresh filtered water. If we needed anything they were prompt and helpful. The resort is very nice and well kept. Grounds are beautiful. Pool area and views are stunning. Location is perfect as we could walk to all the restaurants and shop. Store on sight had snorkeling gear for rent which was fantastic and reasonable. Highly recommend this resort."

"I stayed here for a week. I never once saw anyone that I was certain worked directly for the property. The office was closed at all times. I had to get the WiFi password from the restaurant staff. Before I arrived, I got a text that said my cabin would be left unlocked. Before I left, I got a text telling me to leave the cabin unlocked. I honestly have no idea if anyone knew I was there. The shower is a garden hose. Literally. One night it rained. Hard. I ran out of bowls, and had to change beds because it was dripping on my face. I would have complained, but TO WHO? Gains one star for the amazing view."

"Amazing views! The villa had everything we needed including beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels. Also came with a villa kitty that hung on our porch with us every morning LOL. It was absolutely perfect!"
