I simply expected more and therefore was disappointed. Don’t get me wrong the hotel is recently renovated and clean but didn’t meet my (unrealistic?) expectations. It was the little things that affected my impression. Room was dark both light and in colouring wise. The room had the typical hotel room lighting (not enough) and the window was to an “atrium” (light shaft) and it was impossible to know how the weather was outside. Really positive thing was the bathroom lighting: one of the best lightings for putting makeup on. Ventilation in the room was not on when you weren’t in the room so the air was heavy when returning to the room. Hotel adverts that the rooms are soundproof; not really. I could hear well every person walking past my room. Hairdryer is poor - bring your own if you have something else than buzz cut. And then critical thing for a coffee drinker: double room but only one regular and one decaf capsule in the room. Leads to a poor morning when you have to ‘rock paper scissors’ for caffeine. Breakfast was good - lovely selection of foods. Service was with echoes from soviet era. Parking is conveniently around the corner (separate parking).
