I have stayed here about a half a dozen times over the past three years. They are consistent with their cleanliness staff friendliness morning. Breakfast is really one of the best I have of the many places I’ve stayed over the years. The maintenance facilities manager talk to me in the morning and wanted to ensure that everything was fine and of course I told him it was a great place to stay, but he was very cordial connecting and genuinely interested in if we enjoyed our stay contact with him is one I will always remember

We stayed here as we are in the process of moving to St. George in this next year and we had a great stay! The front desk staff was very nice and upgraded our rooms without us asking! We will stay here again and will have family stay here once we move here as well!

Everything was excellent except the super hard bed and flat unsupportive pillows. My husband didn't get much sleep because his hips kept going numb and he tossed and turned. When we mentioned it at checkout THEN he told us we could have asked for a memory foam topper! I've never heard of that and would never know to ask. We told the assistant manager about it and she didn't do anything. That's why we're writing this review.

Bobbie,I am glad everything with your stay was excellent, from the early check-in to the courtesy ride to the airport. However, I am sorry to read that your bed was not part of that excellent experience. Our beds and pillows are very much a goldilocks story. They are "too hard" for some and "just right" for others. The topper is not a regular offering at our property or other Hamptons. It is something that was purchased for a past guest who stayed with us on a weekly basis; because of his experience mirroring your own. Please note, even if you had known, it still might not have been available. I am sorry for the way our front desk clerk shared the information about the topper. It sounds like it was poorly presented.I have recently learned that this particular mattress has been discontinued and all our mattresses will be replaced with the newer model when that time comes. Though, not always possible, we do try to resolve any issue prior to a guest's departure. Equally challenging is knowing how to resolve a given concern to each guest's satisfaction. For what is obvious, or acceptable for some, may not matter, or sit well with others. Again, my regrets for not meeting those expectations.Thank you for your review so we might improve for future guests. Best wishes and safe travels.
Really clean, beautiful hotel. We have made this our go-to hotel when in the area. This was our second time staying here and it won't be our last!

Bed was uncomfortable; harder than I prefer and seemed poor quality. I noticed something strange in the bathroom sink drain, lodged under the stopper. I got brave and pulled it out with a piece of kleenex. It was spaghetti and what looked like a piece of chicken. I feel like housekeeping should have noticed that while cleaning. The exterior and common areas are very nice; staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

I have shared it with the entire housekeeping and maintenance teams we will make it one of our next focus points and verify the rest are clean. The beds are a little firmer. It is an occasional Goldilocks and the Three Beas story for us. They are ideal for some but not for others. Thank you for your compliments toward the breakfast and common areas.We will take your comments to heart.
Excellent property in a new growing part of St George. The indoor pool is excellent! And the outdoor spa and fire pit area is a great hangout spot.
They are pet and family friendly. Huge snack selection in the lobby, nice fitness center, and warm, free breakfast every day. Coffee and hot water/tea at all times in the lobby area. Very welcoming staff!

Katherine, I am glad your stay was enjoyable with the various amenities and the welcoming staff. Thank you for mentioning our treat shop. I find it disappointing when I go to a hotel and the treats are poorly stacked and way overpriced "for convenience". Please come again.
The only reason I marked down cleanliness a little was that an open beer can was left on the desk.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. No mildew. Warm and welcoming staff. Bed was a little too hard.
Breakfast staff are very attentive.

Close to our relatives’ house! Beautiful room, so clean and comfortable. We were told that the staff was off for Christmas day, and we were very fine with that! Come to find out, we got back Christmas night, and our room was freshened up with new towels and empty trash! So nice!
