"Room was clean. Staff friendly. Got rooms we booked "

"It was our first time spending the night there and plan to stay there in the future as its an on between spot for our desntination. Upon arrival, the room smelled like food and could of used some airing out while the cleaners were in earlier (open the sliding glass door). It took a few minutes to figure out the shower head but everything was nice. "

"Room was outdated and tile was dirty on the floor in the restroom. Paneling on closet did not match like it had been previosly replaced but in poor condition with a different wood. Navivating to the room was bad, everything is on different levels. You must do an inspecion and premapping before you visit, memorize carpet patterns to navigate...levels are labeled but do not help much as main rooms can can turn you around if you are not familiar."

"Parking was a bit crowded this time around (I’ve stayed at this hotel before) but other than that no issues. Staff is great, rooms are always clean but the gym was under construction this time around. "

"Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!"
