"I booked this property to evacuate hurricane Milton. I drove 3 1/2 hours to property and when I got there my code didn’t work. I called the property manager and after 3 phone calls and his full voicemail, he finally called me and told me my reservation was cancelled!! I was furious and couldn’t believe that evolve travel never notified me. Check-in was at 3:00 pm and I got there at 2:00 and I never had anyone contact me…we were basically desperate for a place to stay ahead of the hurricane. We...

"This property was very very clean and spacious feeling. We loved staying here. Property had a large fenced in yard and a great front porch with comfortable rocking chairs. There is also off street parking at this location. Beds were very comfortable and felt new. "Nicely furnished, well equipped, spacious accommodation just a minute’s walk from St John’s river and 5 minutes from the ocean. We enjoyed using the bikes for a ride to the beach and the hot tub and fire pit on the terrace in the evening. Coffee pods and cookies on arrival were a lovely, welcome gesture. Would definitely stay again. "

"The house was very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and all the attractions of St. Augustine. It was also beautiful decorated and big enough to accomodate our large family. However, the air conditioning took almost 12 hours to cool down to a bearable temperature. There was also an epidemic of sugar ants throughout the house, including on the couch. And it would have been nice to have toilet paper and per towels provided. "
