"I stayed in Bangkok for 12 days on a solo vacation, I had a gold suite in building 2 right across the street from the main lobby. They were kind enough to give me the corner room by the elevator on the 7th floor. My overall Thailand experience was wonderful and the hotel & staff helped with that tremendously.
Breakfast buffet located in building 1 was delicous with a lot of options that change daily.
Daily housekeeping kept my room clean, bed made, and refilled the free water along with the much needed towels.
Front desk people were always kind with greetings and getting the door for me. Security guy would help cross the busy street and hail grabs for me which was also very helpful.
Concierge Tor was a great help for touristy stuff. The hotel offers packages and Tor is happy to help explain those and other options for seeing the sites, including booking a private driver who was very friendly, suggestive, and kind.

"We love this property for its location and connectivity to Terminal 21 mall and subway station. There is no better location than this in bangkok, and we have stayed here a few times. Awesome amenities, rooftop garden and pool, plus tennis courts, mini golf etc. kids had a great time. However, no bar at the pool area! Lots of room configurations available for adults and families! Highly recommend it! "
