"Fabulous hotel, spacious and quiet room, comfortable bed, great location."

"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"I stayed here with my daughter after a 13.5 hr flight from London, and before our next 9 hour flight home to New Zealand. We had booked the room for 6 hours and as we arrived early, we were offered the opportunity to check in straight away which was very welcome. We asked to book an extra hour and paid $25 Singapore dollars for this. They gave us 20 minutes too on top of this for no extra fee due to the time we checked in. We also received vouchers for 2 free meals at the Ambassador lounge....

"During my stay at the hotel for two nights, I found the overall experience to be rather unremarkable when it comes to hospitality. I was not impressed. I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The amenities on lounge access offered were poor and not worth to consider. It was a functional and adequate accommodation, but I left without any lasting impression or desire to return in the future."
