L'hôtel était globalement satisfaisant, offrant un séjour agréable. Le personnel s'est montré particulièrement accueillant et sympathique, ce qui est très appréciable. Das Badezimmer hatte einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch. Der Rauchmelder über dem Bett an der Bettdecke wurde eher als störend empfunden da er ständig blinkte. Es haben nicht alle Lichtschalter funktioniert. Das Zimmer an sich war aber sehr angenehm eingerichtet.
