"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. "Had a great spring skiing week at Palisades Tahoe. The property has some age but mostly maintained well. Our small one bedroom timeshare condo is tight with an odd layout: access from the public balcony hallway at the bedroom side. Two sharing one bed can get by but any need to use the sofa bed would leave no elbow/leg room. The same can be said of the outdoor hot tubs but the vibe was generally cheery with the good spring weather. The staff are helpful and low key. "
