"My car broke down at night near Presque Isle. The hotel staff really helped me out. The night manager called a mechanic for me, gave me a flashlight, and even brought pizza to my room when no deliveries were available. The room was clean and comfortable - just what I needed. I didn't plan to stay here, but I'm glad I did. When you're stuck in a bad situation, good help makes all the difference."

"The hotel is down a long unplowed road so was not able to get to the hotel because of the deep snow. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. Ended up stranded because nothing from the hotel said it is snowmobile access only. Still got charged for a hotel that we were not able to get to. Would not recommend for anyone traveling to the area. "
