"Hotel was not adequately kept up. I will not be staying here next time. Will try to find a newer property. "

"After confirming an adjoining room for my 90 year old mom 2 additional times after reserving, they had given our room away by the time we checked in at 3 pm (check in time) on our reserved days. Parking for handicapped and 'Diamond members' or something was close to entrance, the rest of us had to wade through muddy leaves and water running thru parking lot all weekend long. Then a loud delivery truck at 4:30 am Saturday morning, and not enough seats for dining on what turned out to be terrible food~we're out. Not staying there again. The staff was great and helpful as they could be, from the pleasant front desk to overworked food service and the super nice people cleaning the rooms. Thank them for us!"

"The staff was SUPER nice We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a sofa bed and the mattress was AWFUL! I called the front desk to ask for blankets n pillows to make it more comfortable and my grandkids had to sleep with us bcuz they couldn’t get a good nights rest. "

"Staff (front desk) check in was disappointing. I was the only one checking in , and it seems like the lady wasn’t interested in doing her job so that’s pretty much a negative start. The hallway was dark and eerie and the carpets are dirty and disgusting. The Room was mehhh bed was comfy but the pillow cases it seems like it wasn’t changed. Finally the check out, we check out 5:30am I said “hello” a tall lady ( man) said, what do you need. Really!!! That is rude. And I said I’m checking out I have the room keys and she said ok, and I said no! There’s a reason I’m here I need my receipt. Without any word she just hand the paper didn’t even said “ thank you or anything “ so damn disappointed it should be negative star if I could them. Nevertheless first and last one that I’m staying on that damp."

"Everything was great. Nice, quiet location poolside on the 2nd floor. Plenty of parking. No complaints at all. "

"Loved the place, especially with it being in the middle of Old Town, near several places to visit by walking. The place was very nice and clean, for some reason it felt more like a room from a home more so than a hotel room, a welcoming or "warmer" type of comfortable. My only complain would be that the temperature on the shower was slow to adapt. At first I thought there was no hot water, and then it was too hot and I couldn't get it to cool down."

"Convenient location, close to freeway really helps, room conditions can be improved, but it is fine for the price, overall it is a decent place for out of towner, dont expect 5 stars room conditiona or world-class services unless you aren't will to pay for them; otherwise it is what it is...will stay again."
