"This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff, but they added extra charges to my room (valet even though I had no car) and won't respond to my messages. "Add some fruits for breakfast, such as bananas and grapes. Also they need to work on the smell of mold in the hotel room. There’s also a mild smell of mold in the lobby. I believe maybe the smell is coming from the vents. Maybe the vents needs to be inspected and cleaned not too sure where that smell ..."
