"If you're passing through and just need to sleep, okay. While I was only there 1 night, the room made my eyes and nose sting slightly. Yes, the place is historic, but really needs serious maintenance. Someone also tried the door handle in the middle of the night. "

"Check in was super easy, room was absolutely spotless and decorated very nicely. Beds are extremely comfortable, and amenities provided gave everything you would need. Located perfectly between Killington and Woodstock. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Probably one of the cleanest motels I’ve ever stayed in, would definitely recommend. "

"The rooms were clean but were starting to show signs of age. The bed would squeak and the mattress would sink in the middle. There was a fly in the room, which took forever to get it out. I thought the decor was nice. The concept is of Airbnb rooms but within a hotel. There’s no onsite front desk but there’s daily maintenance it seems. The living room lodge is cozy, the free cocoa/coffee was great, and the game room/pool was nice. Overall, it was a great value and would gladly return. "

"I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+."

"Definitely more of a motel than a hotel. Older rooms and decor. I did not use any amenities or even eat breakfast. I was on the first floor surrounded by a very large group of families with small children. Children were running, screaming and crying the entire stay. One child cried at the top of their lungs from the time I got there until I left. I complained at the front desk but they were fully booked and would not speak to any of the families. We were a group of parents of Cornell softball...

"Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. "
