"I booked 2 rooms here last minute as we were traveling from Oaklahoma to Illinois and got tired. No exaggeration, this is the best hotel weve ever stayed in. It was modern & clean. Our rooms were spacious. The hotel staff, down to the handyman were very friendly. The breakfast bar had a nice selection. This family goves it an A+!"

"Nice lobby but rooms are showing their age. Bathtub /shower needed to be replaced or have a deep clean. Mattress was worn down but overall the room was clean. Tv cable was out Saturday evening but was working again Sunday morning. Parking is very limited. Staff was friendly."

"The hotel had a great location near Missouri State University and Downtown Springfield. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I noticed some wear and tear in the room - the carpet and chairs were a little worn - but definitely seemed clean. I would stay here again. "
