The property was very clean and the courtyard was awesome. The bed could have been a bit softer but it was okay our room was very nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Arrived on 4/6/24 early in the morning due to traffic being backed up. My Family was very tired when we checked in the room and went right to sleep. Woke up later that morning noticing the room was very filthy , which I usually do a room inspection at check in to make sure the room is clean. This room was not cleaned at all and the bedding was reused with dried up food, hair and stains. Bathroom had pubic hair on the floor and was not mopped and swept. food in the chair. Cleaning staff was very rude and told us it is too late to clean , we asked for the housekeeping manager who was very helpful that day but I am still not satisfied to the amount of money I paid for my stay and had to clean and sanitize my own room and remake the bedding with clean sheets, vaccumed and cleaned the bathroom.

I requested an upper level room and the person at the front desk was able to accommodate me. It was quiet on the upper level, which I liked. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The room was very clean. I ate at the Bistro/bar down by the lobby and enjoyed food and drinks. I liked this food/bar area and thought it was a good idea. Staff members at the hotel were pleasant. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely return to the Courtyard Marriott Springfield again in the future.

The room was clean and the pillows were wonderful. The heater was set to 68 but the room felt like 75 all night. There was no fan in the bathroom and the water didn’t drain well which left you standing in water. For the price it was ok but it was a noisy and unattractive location.

The hotel is Very outdated and Dingy. When we arrived we stood at the counter for about 15 minutes until the girl across the lobby said do you need help. Very loud and we had a few knocks on our door that weren't meant for us. I don't know what goes on in this hotel but if it wasn't so late and after a 5 hour drive we would have went elsewhere.

This was an okay stay for us. The beds were very uncomfortable so none of my family got a good night of sleep. The menu at the bistro seemed limited so we didn’t visit it. No one was at the market to take our payment when we bought items there. We had to wait 10 minutes by the bar to be acknowledged. We won’t be visiting a Marriott anytime soon.

I booked a Marriott property because there is a certain expectation with this brand of hotel. However, it was not any different than Best Western, Holiday Inn, or other brand name hotel property I've stayed in around that area. Unfortunately, the beds weren't very comfortable and our heater/air conditioner was difficult to regulate. We found it was either really cold or really hot in the room. Not sure if it's because we booked through Expedia, but there was rust in the bathroom which was older looking. Everything was clean, though, and room darkening curtains are always nice esp. when you don't have a good night's sleep. Our floor was quiet and housekeeping was very kind.

I still can’t believe they charge an extra $15 per night for parking. Such a scam. The night attendant during our stay was super rude and seemed to always be outside smoking whenever I came up to the desk to get something.
