"We were treated all right remotely by the staff, though we never met anyone. The jacuzzi was great except for the very brown and smelly water. Not the staffโ€™s fault but it did put us off to have to use and drink the water! We bought bottled water in the morning. Other lodgings provided bottled water and Parkers might consider that."
