"We stayed for two nights, only used the coffee machine in the lobby. But the rooms are very nice, very convenient, including parking right in front, convenient location, woodsy setting with little noise, everything was comfortable."

"My husband and I typically lodge at this property when we’re in the area. It’s located near the airport, eateries of all kinds (Olive Garden is just a few steps away from the hotel.), shopping centers, and I-64 (towards Richmond and Virginia Beach, either direction). We always feel safe on the property and in our room. Breakfast is continental and nothing to rave about. Parking can be a hassle, especially in the evenings and on weekends. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, but this time, they did not mention that my husband and I were eligible for an upgraded room. It was Expedia who had asked us if we received an upgraded room since I am a Platinum Expedia member. We were a bit disappointed after finding out. However, we have another reservation next week at the same hotel because we plan to attend our granddaughter’s nearby high school graduation…we shall see what happens with our VIP stay at this hotel at that time."

"The unit was clean and well stocked, and I especially appreciated the events flyer provided at check-in. The free washer and dryer on my floor was a great perk, and being able to park my car within view of my unit added extra convenience. Only a single trash can was provided for the entire unit, despite there being multiple rooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. I was also asked to take my own trash to an outdoor dumpster, which seems unusual for a hotel stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay."

"Location is great. Front desk people were very nice. Breakfast very good. Room was nice and clean. Shower is very important for me and this one was perfect. Carpet in the hallway was little old but was clean and smelled nice. Laundry room could be updated for card payment, I never have coins. Website says they have EV charger, but was just I old tesla charger, be aware of that."
