"Beautiful hotel right at the train station. Our room was a work of art from top to bottom including a beautiful bathroom. We could not hear the train station. The staff was friendly and we got a free river trip by boat to explore the area. We also rented an all day canoe to explore Spreewald and its village by paddle. The room includes a free breakfast at a nearby hotel, about 15 minutes walk from the train station. We can highly recommend both the pensione/hotel and Lubbenau Spreewald. Its...

"Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel, für die Dauer war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr ruhig und ab vom Schuss gelegen. Der check-in war unkompliziert, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass uns der Nachweis der Kurtaxe nachgereicht wird. Ist nie passiert und da es bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten Ermäßigung gibt, wenn man den Nachweis der Kurtaxe vorlegt, war das blöd. Wir hätten an der Rezeption nachfragen müssen, was schade ist. "The amenities are superb! We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. 2 things that need to improve though, the shuttle bus which brings us to our accommodation, can it be more frequently(its running every 30mins and always full). Another thing is the waiting tent for the shuttle bus, can it be covered rather than just a tent. It was so windy all throughout our stay and everybody are so cold."
