"The Hotel is in an ideal location is the big plus. Very disappointed in our arrival arrangements. Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. The instructions to the parking facility were incomplete as to exactly where in the Mercsnte garage we were allowed to park. Maybe it was because we just got off an overseas flight but the address was unclear when looking from the street. Also the towels were old with a hole in it. "

It was comfortable - especially the temperature control. It seems that in most Euro hotels, the mode is controlled centrally, which is rough for cold sleepers in the fall/winter.
