Before you stay here please make sure you are comfortable with the homeless approaching you, and thinking you’re going to wake up to your car being stolen or trashed. Not a good location at all and if I had children I’d never stay here. In fact I would have found a different place to be at. Very weird, felt very unsafe.

Plusses? Convenient to the highway, clean overall, located downtown if you need that. Negatives? Located downtown, so don't leave anything of value in your vehicle. Parking is terrible if you drive a truck or large pickup. It is very limited in the street level lot and forget about gettijg a full size truck in the underground parking. The vertical clearance and driveway angle makes it very difficult to impossible. Rooms are ok,, but bring your own pillows. They provide four 12x12 throw pillows instead of actual pillows....never seen that before. Order more towels because they match the pillows. Overall, it works for a night's stay and our truck didn’t get stolen, so counting that as a win.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, great prices. The area is a bit questionable with plenty of homeless and sketchy people wandering around. But they keep to themselves and don't cause any issues. I'll definitely be back in for future stays.

Our room was on the main floor and you could hear everything from the parking lot and the lobby/dining area. I asked to change rooms because I felt incredibly unsafe with people able to walk past the sliding door that only had the one basic lock. There were someone else’s socks left in the closet and when my daughter attempted to hang up her soccer jersey the hook fell out of the wall. Clearly this was previously broken and shoved back into the wall to make it look unbroken. The shower had dust on the top ledge and moldy caulking and the vent in the bathroom was also covered in dust. I attempted to find a different hotel but most were booked for the night so we had no other choice but to stay. Breakfast was ok. I had to ask 3 different times for items to be restocked. And the juice options were jugs of juice that were opened and poured by the customers, not single serve. I would never stay here again. I’m not sure how they have such a good rating.

Room was not clean and had items left from others in drawers. Also dirty mask behind tv. Bathroom had mildew stains and dirty walls. Bottom floor rooms have sliding glass doors with no sticks in them and curtains don’t completely cover the slider so someone from the street could walk up and look in. I slept terrible because of this and definitely did not feel safe. Staff however was very friendly and efficient in any help we needed.

The staff and cleanliness were excellent!! The rooms were okay but they were difficult to heat at a constant temperature, the hallways and uncarpeted floor were freezing. I wouldn’t stay here again only because of the temperatures and the location was a bit far to walk to where we were going

Not too expensive and very clean. The deposit is 100 which is hard to afford sometimes but I stay here every time I stay in Spokane because it didn’t break the bank and it is very clean. Beds are comfortable too.

Working on room above us. Finally at 6:15 pm called desk to ask them to have it stop. Was told it would be 2 more hrs. Said no its a motel and its evening and needs to stop. Desk clerk must of talked to manager. And it stoped. But did start up at 8 am. We were there 3 days. But even with all that. Would stay again

Room 209. The inner lock on the room door was literally half out of both wall and door. I reported this to the front desk on arrival and again on morning checkout. One week later we stayed in same room, 209, and it was not fixed. As an elderly woman traveling w my teen granddaughter this is a serious safety issue. I reported the broken latch again on Sunday morning Feb 4th.

I’m comfortable every time I stay !
I enjoy my stay here positive points are since I visited last they made nice upgrades to there breakfast adding a waffle maker making it accessible along with other items which made it pleasant I get the one room suite every stay and it’s comfortable every time I’ve stayed and quite clean my olny negative was parking could improve but they do have plenty of parking with an additional parking garage below the hotel it was closed for winter leaving a first come first serve chance of you parking on the street or finding another spot to park so if you have to leave may get interesting on your return but signs are posted about parking garage closer so it’s no surprise and you can appreciate that overall I’ll stay again and most likely again and again

Fantastic for the price!
Location was perfect for an early morning hospital appointment. The building itself is super cute inside, great continental breakfast, and friendly staff. Parking is a little tight, but it does look like there’s an underground parking garage if needed.

The biggest problem I had was that they had 3 different vending machines as well as only took quarters for the laundry but had no atms on the property. I had to go to the gas station across the street to get cash back and then ask the front desk for quarters. I told the man working at the front desk that the atm took my money and he said it was out of his control which is weird considering it’s on the property and you could put a sign saying it’s not working.
