"Courteous; staff were friendly, helpful, kind and accommodating Comfortable: the bed was great, the temperature was great, the seating options were great. Clean: absolutely no complaints. Didn't see a stain anywhere. Even the gym was clean. Convenient: the location near Lincoln Alexander Pkwy made it easy to get around time and out of town. There were restaurants and coffeeshops nearby, if needed. The breakfast was robust and there were lots of choices, my personal favorites were the espresso...

"The staff was very friendly. Safe underground parking. You can easily walk to restaurants and services are nearby. Beautiful, clean rooms. The breakfast room in huge. The food was okay by free breakfast standards. They were busy and had a little trouble keeping up with the food, Lovely place to stay. I would recommend. "

"Great central location. Room was spacious, and clean. Suite had full kitchen and living room area with separate bedroom, perfect for a young family. Property is very secure, lots of underground parking. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, lots of fresh variety and options for any diet. Elevators were very busy and slow, sometimes had to wait 5-10 minutes. Would definitely stay again. "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. I had gotten a room that was not dog friendly so they did not hesitate to upgrade my room at no extra cost. Breakfast was great where can you get bacon eggs cereal muffins juice bagels and the list goes on included in the price. And right next to the waterfront and many restaurants to walk too. Excellent hotel with convience of walking to get a coffee meal ect. Only downside is the cost of parking $20 a night..."
