Antonia was a fabulous host! Great communication, welcoming and friendly. The property was as pictured, comfy sofas, great shower and extremely comfortable beds. It was perfect for our family of 4, and we loved the terrace with the picturesque rooftops and sea view. The old town is literally a 3 min walk away, with bakery, small supermarket and lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, and of course Diocletians palace. We had an amazing time in Split and Antonia and Zephyrus we’re a big part of that. Highly recommend! 💕

The staff was very accommodating. It was located in a convent location for old town Split. It had a nice little courtyard to relax in. I would stay there again if I go back to Split.

The Zephyrus is lovely with all the facilities you would need for your stay. It was unfortunate that during our 4 day stay in October 2023 there was a water leek in the bathroom sink with water gushing onto the floor. We managed to reduce the flow by turning off the hot water but the cold valve had seized. Antonia, who runs the Zephyrus but does not live on-site, did not answer her phone, WhatsApp messages or text messages and, not speaking Croatian, we had nowhere to seek help. By morning the water had seeped into the bedroom so we had to lift our cases off the floor which was now slippery and dangerous. Antonia did not respond until 6:00am the following morning and we had to vacate the room until one became available after 11:00am. No gesture was made to us for the inconvenience apart from apologies.

Our favorite stay during a week in Croatia. Really a high class one bedroom apartment w full kitchen, dishwasher, balcony including bay view. 5 min walk to waterfront. Parking 7 min walk away but reasonable (like 12 Euro per day). Shared laundry facility or.paid laundry service, great mid-trip option.

An excellent guest house in the heart of the old town - be prepared to walk up a hill to get there but so peaceful and our comfort room was exactly that! Antonija was so helpful and made us feel so at home - she is an absolute star . I would stay here again if I return to Split.

Such a beautiful place
What an amazing place! Location is perfect: 2 min walk from old Split and Unesco heritage site. Comfortable rooms and stunning courtyard garden to chill in or enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Antonia was so helpful and friendly and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

I love this hotel! It’s location is excellent, walking distance to Split old city and waterfront. From my room window, I can see the old city and the ships coming and going from the harbor. The view is fantastic day and night! I am so glad that I booked this hotel. Besides the hotel hostess Antonio is so kind and helpful! She not only called to help me to arrange local trips, she also managed to get me a buggy to take me to the ship became I had luggage. This is a wonderful hotel!

Brilliant stay
Room was very clean, plenty of towels, room cleaning done as often as we wanted. Lovely courtyard to sit in. Antonia was very helpful especially with local information and friendly. We've been to this place before & would return without hesitation

Perfect Accommodation in Split
Zephyrus Boutique Accommodation is in a great location in Split, in the old town and walking distance to all the bars/restaurants/and the port. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and stocked with essentials - milk, cereal, juice, water etc. We loved the courtyard where we could sit out and have breakfast, and relax in the evenings with a glass of wine. Antonia is the perfect hostess and we would recommend Zephyrus to anyone considering a stay in Split.

This place was an amazing time and in the perfect location. My friends and I booked 2 rooms during Ultra Europe and we couldn’t have found a better property. Property manager is beyond helpful and I highly recommend staying at this property if your in the split area.

Great location, close to the centre of Split. Communication was excellent from Antonia and the room was lovely and clean, and well air conditioned (which was needed in the hot temperatures when we visited). Highly recommended.

Property was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The host was very welcoming and forthcoming - and very helpful with tips and assistance. The location is near the heart of old town Split, but a block or so away from the worst of the congestion.

Beautiful hotel, location is amazing right in the centre. The host is very attentive and I would suggest to take the arranged pick up and drop off cab as the driver is so nice and it’s a lovely transporter with air con. Beautiful rooms, air con is amazing and cleaning is provided for the rooms. It’s just so beautiful and I wish I was there still :)

A very nice spacious room. Beautifully decorated, clean Comfortable bed, quiet, great air conditioning. Convenient to everything important to see and to do while in Split. Even has its own laundry: both the washer and the drier which we found so helpful as we were in the kiddie of our two week trip. I would highly recommend to anyone.

My favorite split stay!
This was my second time staying here and it was even better than the last. Our host was amazing! This property is a hotel meets a B&B. It is a jewel among so many choices in split. Right there in the action and yet far enough away from the noise. Most rooms have stairs to navigate and there is no lift (in case that is a consideration for you). Highly recommended!!!!

Simply the Best
Wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Antonia could not be more helpful. The apartment was very clean, the bed comfortable, the furnishings very tasteful. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from where the taxi dropped off and Antonia came to meet us. Little extras that also helped make a difference, like tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice and cereal. We wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else if we returned to Split.

Excellent Old Town Apartment
The apartment is in the Old Town within easy walking distance of all the main tourist sites, the harbour and many restaurants and bars. There is a small supermarket and an excellent bakery at the end of the street. The apartment we had is on the top floor of an excellently renovated house with a balcony giving a view out over the harbour. The apartment itself is well furnished and decorated with a well equipped kitchen and was kept spotlessly clean. Basic food items for breakfast are provided and Antonia is a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful host. Overall, an excellent apartment which we couldn't fault and would recommend.

This apartment was one of a kind! excellent condition, excellent interior design, and excellent location. mins walk from the old town or riva and mins walk from supermarkets. very elegant. above all, the lady in charge of managing this property, Antonia, was extremely hospitable, kind and caring and very much you can rely on her for anything. extremely professional and easy to talk to! definitely will be the only place to stay in when visiting split! Host was very prompt with responses to our email enquiries prior to arrival and arranged airport transfer for us. It was great to find a welcome pack when we arrived. The host told us about the various bakeries, restaurants and tour companies etc in the local area. The property was in a quiet location close to town. It was like staying in a hotel with daily cleaning, replacement towels and the bed made.

This is an beautiful place to stay. The property is beautiful and situated very conveniently for all the cafes, bars and restaurants. It has a wonderful courtyard where you can relax. However, the main thing is Antonia, who runs the hotel. Antonia is an amazing woman and host. You will receive a very warm welcome and she is a real mine of information on where to eat and drink. Also you are well looked after with refreshments and snacks in the room, in plentiful supply. Staying at Zephyrus made our stay in Split very special, and we hope to return. We would highly recommend staying here is you are holidaying in Split. It's a stunning place to stay.

Nice hotel close to everything
This is a nice hotel with a very helpful host. She even came to bus station to lead us to the hotel. This hotel, like most hotels in the old town area, is not accessible with cars, so be prepared to roll your suitcase for a few blocks. It was not a problem for us and we enjoyed staying in the hotel. It is very central and close to everything.

Overall we had a 5 star stay here. Antonia was so friendly and welcoming and gave us so much advice about the area. The holiday was for my boyfriend’s 30th and she gave us a birthday cake free of charge and also sorted out some balloons and a card for us. Was such a lovely surprise! The room itself was well kept, clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing we loved to sit out there of an evening :) Will highly recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed!
