Appartamento piccolo ma ben arredato e confortevole. Il rumore della strada e del frigorifero è infastidente. La biancheria del letto non sembrava perfettamente pulita. Ottimo il parcheggio. Fantastica la posizione vicinissima al palazzo di Diocleziano. Miryana molto accogliente gentile e superdisponibile.

Désolé de contredire les avis flatteurs et de contrarier la propriétaire . Les avantages sont la proximité de la veille ville, l'existence d'un parking lié à l'usage de la chambre et la gentillesse de l'hôte. Pour le reste il s'agit d'une pièce de 12m² environ en sous-bassement dotée d'un soupirail et aménagé en studio avec des moyens limités dont un canapé lit bien dur, un drap de dessous un peu troué et un genre de couvre pied en guise de drap de dessus. A partir de 6h30 la circulation commence à de faire entendre pendant que la lumière pénètre par le soupirail … bref un endroit au confort très limité

De locatie is subliem, op 5 minuten wandelen van het Diocletian palace, het hart van Split. De kamer zelf was heel klein maar bevatte alle essentiële benodigdheden en was proper. Parking voor de deur was ook zeer handig in het drukke centrum.

조용한 아파트먼트

조용하고, 개인의 프라이버시가 보장되는 아파트먼트입니다. 주인이 상주해 있지 않고, 전화 혹은 문자로 연락을 해야되기 때문에 연락이 안될 시 체크인과 체크 아웃시 약간의 불편함을 줄 수 있습니다. 도착전에 문자 혹은 전화로 예약 및 체크인 시간등을 확인할 필요가 있습니다. 주변 관광지인 구시가와 인접해 있어 관광을 하는데 어려움은 없습니다. 체크인시 만난 직원은 굉장히 친절하며 자상합니다.

더러운 침대에 반지하방

1.안내문에는 전혀 말이 없었는데, 반지하방이어서 실망했음. 반지하라는 것은 명백히 밝혔어야 함. 2.침대시트를 새것으로 갈지 않은 것 같아 물었으나, 안내인은 세탁한 것이라고 대답했음. 나중에 보니 머리카락이 그대로 묻어있었음. 집주인은 멀리 살고 일하는 사람을 두어 관리하는 것같은데, 관리상태가 아주 엉망이어서 기분을 잡쳤음 3. 스플리트성 바로 인접하고 있어 교통은 좋았고 주차공간도 있어 편리했음

The people here where nice but for $220 a night is highway robbery! I live in SF the most expensive city in the world and for that price I can get a hotel with way more amenities. It also fails to let you know this is not a hotel. This an apartment complex with no check in desk. I booked it the day off and waited in the scolding heat for almost an hour to get into the room. I am all for paying U.S. prices but I want U.S. service and amenities for that. The Croatian people take advantage of tourist. I am pretty sure that place doesn't even cost $220 to rent for the summer in Croatia. I was extremly disappointed how they expect top U.S. dollar and expect to provide not even the bare minimum in service! I will be telling everyone in SF that Croatia is a beautiful country but they take of tourist and its not worth the money to go there other countries that are way more beautiful and not as expensive and they don't take advantage of you just because you are from the U.S. and assume you are rich!

Comfy stay in Split

Ideally located for the centre of Split. We arrived quite early, and Josip, the owner, took our cases to store securely, so we could go off to explore while the apartment was being cleaned. When we returned he was there to greet us and give us some information and leaflets about the area and restaurants etc. The apartment was compact, but spotless and recently refurbished. The shower was very powerful. There was bottled water in the fridge. We stayed 3 nights and the towels were changed on the 2nd day. The bed was very comfortable indeed. Negatives? Very little room by the sink, we broke a glass due to lack of space! The outside area could be made more of, as it could be somewhere to sit instead of being inside. There was a tub of very dead plants outside the door! These are just nit picking items. All in all a comfortable base in Split to which we would return.

Excellent apartment close to Old City

Wow! This studio apartment was so clean and comfortable as well as ideally located in Split, giving us fast access to the old city, Viator tour meet-ups and excellent dining. Josip, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. The apartment has a modern feel; great a/c; gorgeous walk-in shower with hot water and good pressure; comfy king bed; hairdryer; all dishes and pans we needed, mini fridge, cooktop, etc. I would definitely stay there again. Only downside was tv dish reception wasn't consistently perfect, but we were too tired from our adventures to watch much tv anyway.

Appartement très bien situé avec parking privatif. Logement propre et bien équipé. Les petits bémols de notre appartement: produits douches périmés, appartement en sous-sol donc très peu lumineux (une seule petite fenêtre et une ouverture au-dessus de la porte d'entrée ), pas de lampe de chevet (un seul éclairage au plafond avec interrupteur à côté la porte d'entrée). Nous avons été gênés par la lumière automatique extérieure qui passait par la partie vitrée (non occultée) de la porte d'entrée. Malgré ces remarques nous sommes globalement satisfait.
