The beds were out of this world, great quirks to the rooms and staff always super friendly. The access to the spa and free classes was a huge bonus too!

Lovely room with nice furnishings. Excellent location in the old town. Breakfast at the Hotel Marul across from the apartments was lovely. Hosts are really friendly and accommodating.

It was a lovely stay. It was a little difficult to find, but the coordinator was very nice and helped up throughout the whole process. Overall is was a perfect stay.

Perfect location
Apartment based 5 - 10 max mins(walking) away from everything and away from all the touristy crazyness so easy with luggage. Everything looked brand new. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice Family apartment with high standard
Very nice apartment with high standard, close to the old town but a little hard find. The area closest to the apartment and the view was not very nice. The host met up and was very nice and friendly.

We loved this Apartment. Very well appointed and well suited for family of 5 (inc 3 teenagers). It is in perfect position just off the old town and 5 minutes walk to sea promenade. Laura (the Manager) was very friendly and helpful and assisted us with taxi to airport.

Great central location
Hosts were super friendly , great knowledge of the area , offered a pick up service . I had just a room and not an apartment and the only issue I have is that when someone moved into the apartment next door , the walls are really thin and you can hear everything . Overall great owners and a comfortable clean place to stay

Split Apartment
This apartment is in a perfect location. On a very quiet street in a nice neighborhood, yet less than a five-minute walk to the center of town and Diocletian's Palace. Laura, the proprietor, is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. And, of course, Split is a magnificent city!

Great location and value for money
I stayed at the premises during the off-season Easter period and found a good value for money option. It was easy walking access to the Walled Old Town pedestrian area - probably about 3 min away. The room was well appointed and had a little fridge and coffee / tea provisions. There was no attached kitchenette however which I had found was pretty standard in most hotels / apartments during my visit to Croatia, but as I was not self-catering, it was not an issue. The bathroom was luxurious with a super large and modern feel and bathing area, a welcome change when compared to most other bathing facilities for mid-range hotels / apartments during my visit to Croatia.

Amazing Split
Laura was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, quiet, private and scrupulously clean, an easy walk to the old city, with shops nearby, and a welcome outdoor courtyard. The decor was rather clinical and some welcoming touches (wine, flowers, toiletries) might have helped to soften this. The ability to make coffee in some form should be considered an essential! Split is an extraordinary place and well worth a few days' visit. Diocletian's Palace totally lives up to the hype, we ate well, and the old town is vibrant and fun. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend the apartment.

ituated in a great location just outside the old city of Split. Our taxi dropped us and just pointed - it took about 15 minutes to find the apartment. Would be worth mentioning that is next to the Split Theatre so you get dropped in the right place. Rang the number as per instructions and was met by Laura who showed us the apartment. Better described as a room, but having said that it was clean, good aircon, good wifi, good location, great shower. We stayed for one night before a cruise and 3 nights after the cruise. When we returned from the cruise we wanted to drop our bags and even though it was only about 09:30, Laura again met us and allowed us to leave our luggage as the apartment was empty. One thing that is worth mentioning is that you have to pay in Cash (Euros or Kunas), although that seems to be the case in a lot of places in Split. So many places do not take plastic. Maybe this could be added to the Website. Overall I would recommend this for a short stay in Split if you want to be close to all of the restaurants/bars but just a bit away from the noise.

Nice stay in Split
The Apartment is just 5 minutes Walk down to the Riva. Its right next to the old town. Other than you have to haul your bags up 2 flights of steps, all was very nice. Laura the Owner was most helpful. Good A.C., and clothes washer were appreciated. Its a quiet apartment in a very safe area, with cafés all about. I would stay again. Get a car & driver, to go enjoy stunning Makarska, one hour away. Bol, on the far coast of Brac, is spectacular.

Relaxing and quiet beach front residence
Service and hospitality was great! They picked us up upon arrival to drive us to the apartment. The place was not at the address as listed, perhaps they handle a bunch of different locations. Our location though was fabulous, right on the beach and walking distance to the city center. We stayed only a night, and we will definitely return with a longer stay, especially at this location!

The rooms are renovated and clean....its an apartment with multiple rooms so you don't have a reception staff available all the time but you can contact the owners if you need anything. The location is great, 2mns walk from the shopping street, 5mns from the beach and right next to the castle.

Good value for money
We stayed in the small room for a couple of days. If you don't plan to spend much time in your room, this is an excellent option. Right next to old town, but still reachable by car. Everything only a couple of minutes of walking away. Great, flexible service. Clean room and bathroom. Although the room is really small, it works out as great value for money

Sleepless in Split
The apartment is located in a good location and was clean. The space is small with a very small window. It felt a little claustrophobic. There are much better spaces that are equally priced in town. The one major thing that really negatively impacted my stay was the fact that we rented the space for three people, but were offered only ONE key. We arrived late in the evening and I explained that I wanted to sleep and my friends wanted to go out and the we needed more than one key. The owner said she didn't have extra keys. It was also not possible for my friends to wake me up by knocking on the door since the apartment door is not directly accessible from the building stairwell. Entry into the apartment must be gained by first unlocking a door that leads into a common space shared by two other apartments. Therefore, I was faced with the option of either sleeping with my door open (which felt unsafe), going out with my friends, or forcing my friends to stay in for the night. The owner showed limited sympathy for the situation and offered no compensation for this major inconvenience. She said she will consider duplicating additional keys for future guests. You should also be aware that if you are booking the room for three people, you will have to make your own sofa bed. The owner said that, as policy and practice, guests make their own sofa bed even when the room is booked for three people.

Decent value in a great location
Not fancy but totally acceptable, the building is old and kind of grimy, next to a bus terminus, but inside the apartments is fine. The location is very good for walking, the city park, the palace and the main shopping boulevard are all a minute or two walk.

Apartment in Split
This is an apartment not at hotel. Its very difficult to find I had to ask people for help locating the apartment. Laura the manager was very nice and explained everything we needed to know and directions to historic sites and dining options.However, it was way overpriced for what we received. Its more like a $40 per night place but we paid $95. Positives:its within walking distance to everything you'd want to see in Split.

Central Split location
Ideal location near central pedestrian walkway and fairly near port. very clean rooms, very nice owners. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking nearby in a controlled lot. Split is a delightful town and a tour of the Roman ruins in the town and also nearby is a must. Trogir is a must see destination when one can sit on the water front and dine and watch the locals enjoy the scenery.

Excellent Stay!
I stayed at the apartment with my daughter for one day. We were warmly welcomed by Paul and Laura. They are a nice couple, very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at was next door to their apartment so we felt very safe. It was clean and tidy, the beddings were comfortable. The apartment is near to the old city centre and everthing is within easy reach. Paul gave us a very clear introduction of places to visit and recommended us good restaurants. He even offered to take us to the bus station when we left. We were very pleased with our stay and would like to thank Paul and Laura for letting us stay there. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Split!

Beautiful Split, lovely room
Our very pretty and newly refurbished room and bathroom was just like the pictures. Quite small, so not a lot of room for luggage, 2 flights of stairs, but it was perfectly situated with only a 8 minute walk to promenade. Small fridge and complimentary tea & coffee making made our stay comfortable.

Nice little hotel near the city
Laura and Paul are the best. Laura is very nice and sweet and gives you tips of where to go in the city. Paul is also great! We had problems with AC in our room and Paul came right away to fix it. They offered us a free ride to the bus station and a discount for the inconvenience. Other than the AC issue, I would say that the overall experience was fantastic.

Fantastic service, great location.
This was an very plessant stay. The owner of the apartment picked us up and drove us to an large and clean apartment in the center of Split. He offered fantastic service, driving us places, helping us with tickets and making our stay convenient and easy. The apartment was large and clean, with a beutiful backyard. Highly recommend this apartment.

Good stay near old town in Split
We booked the apartment for a long weekend in split while ultra music festival was on. The location was perfect as the stadium was only 15 min walk away and we were just next to old town and short walk away from the harbour too. However due to the festival prices were up to the roof and for the money we paid you get quite little but it was same anywhere. The apartment was very cosy and nicely refurbished.

Well equipped apartment near old town and Palace
Apartment is very clean and well equipped. The location is fantastic, only a short walk to Diocletian's Palace, the old town, harbour and the Riva. Laura has been very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage early and recommending great restaurants. The outside of the building bears no relation to the inside. Would love to come back.

Lovely, lovely hosts. They helped us get settled and orientated. The room was very clean. It is small but they have utilized the small space very well, there is even a mini fridge and kettle. The bathroom is newly renovated. Air conditioning was great to have as it was hot in Split!
