"The owner of the property was an absolute delight to talk to! The breakfast she personally put together was done very well and was very fresh! We enjoyed the history of her property and her husband with their collection of antique items on property. The history of their business was very interesting to listen to. The room was comfortable and well appointed as well and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in."

"We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!"
