"I want to acknowledge Michaela at the concierge desk in particular. When we needed a boat for the day, she understood immediately that I required one fully protected from the glare, and she would not stop until she found it, entirely within our budget. She stayed a full extra hour working on this, with a genuine smile the whole time (still not sure how she managed both). "The apartment was fabulous: clean, bright, spacious, and beautifully organized. The breakfast offered lots of delicious choices. The pool area was spectacular, however, a bit small for comfort (depending on the number of guests). "
