However, we did have a couple issues that prevent me from giving a full 5 stars. First, the self check-in is great! But is behind a locked door... "Great stay for families, quiet neighborhood close to lots of things, very walkable. We had a long layover so stayed the night and took the nearby train to the airport."

"This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” "

"Hello, we stayed in this property for two nights. It was advertised as a very nice location on your website, however the actual condition is different. Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day. They couldn't so they said we would be able to change rooms for free next morning. The other room was located 100cm away from reception, meaning I could hear everything. As people kept checking in throughout...
