"Clean and convenient"

"Great price. 1 night stay. Looked like a recent remodel of a old 1980's hotel. Gas stations and fast food within sight. There were 2 cars for guests in the parking lot, including ours, yet we were assigned an upstairs room. We're in our 70's. No elevator. Staircases are outside under a roof yet exposed to the weather. The mattress was very comfortable. The 5 pillows were 1/2 sized. The bed frame was steel tubing. The shower was in very water saving mode, took a while to rinse the soap...

"There is no way to securely lock the door inside the room. No deadbolt. There was dog hair on the sheets."

"The room was large and everything was well maintained. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was a convenient location for us. We like that they offer free breakfast as well. We will stay here from now on when we visit our daughter and her family. Also the parking is free. We noticed some hotels in town are now charging $25 a day."

"When we checked in, they said "no smoking and if you do, you will be fined $250." We do not smoke, but when we walked into our room, it smelled of smoke. I went to open the window (ground floor) and there were numerous cigarette butts outside the window, sitting there in the dirt. "Pool was shut down but otherwise great stay! Truck and trailer parking which was a plus! Great breakfast with multiple options that started at 6am! Nice place, clean safe secure would definitely stay again!!"

"The bed was clean and comfortable and the noise level from outside was minimal. The bathroom water was hot fast and pressure was good in the shower. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean with a decent selection of breakfast food. Nice location close to IU. The place could use some updates but comfortable hotel. We would book again."

"Sheets where clean and bed looked perfect and not just slopped together! Lobby, hallway and room smelled clean!! Clerk was friendly and helpful! All amenities worked and nothing alarming for broken. Sadly I managed a hotel so my expectations are higher than most. Some hair on bathroom floor behind door. Fridge shelves had a few crumbs on it. Floor could of been vacuumed better. Overall for some review on other hotels I passed to come here was top notch. Will return when I'm in the area."
