"I enjoyed my stay here however there were many disappointments as well. The room wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly. "Lara, who serves the breakfast was so helpful in sharing the history of Otranto, giving a lot of advice what to see around Otranto. Every morning she was super cheerful and made us the best cappuccino. She is really the soul of this B&B."
