"Good Casino, good hotel, not good if you bring a pet ! A rude lady at check in would not accomodate us with a room on first floor,said they were full which was a lie unless a bunch of people walked there and did not go in the casino or restaurant. We requested it on Expedia and called them, didnt appear to be a problem till we got there. So we were stuck on 3rd floor and had long way to let dog do his business!"

The hot tub took awhile to get warm, but once it did, it was super relaxing. The host was very kind—they responded quickly when I asked if there were any specific instructions for how to use the hot tub. It was between very cold or super warm outside, and both the heater and the air conditioners worked perfectly. Likewise, I always bring instant coffee and sugar...
