"We stay at this property when attending events in the San Jose area. Never had a bad experience. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and it’s a pleasure to see Nick at the desk. He’s always friendly and willing to help with any question we have about things in the area. "

"This is our go to hotel for when we attend events in downtown SJ. It’s right next to the performing arts and civic center where we usually go to concerts. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but what we really love is the breakfast buffet! Best free breakfast I’ve seen at a hotel in the US. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Parking costs $40 a day, which sounds like a lot but as it is in their very secure structure next door I think it’s worth it for convenience and piece of mind. "

"Property was beautiful. Room service was only available after 10 am, no Option for anything earlier. Had to leave property for snacks, coffee etc which made it a bit more difficult. Overall a 5 star. Stay. "

"Our experience from start to end was terrific. Very professional front desk staff, well-lit and easily accessible garage, the rooms were amazingly well-designed-full kitchen and refrigerator(full size w/freezer, not dorm style), utensils, dishes, plates, pots/pans, glasses/mugs. The rooms were also very clean!Beds super comfortable too.highly recommend! Quite a bargain for the price."
