"I was really very disappointed with the towel service, the ones I had used and placed on the floor myself. The cleaning employee of the room picked them up from the floor and put them back as if they were freshly washed, and they were dirty. What trust can a customer have in the cleanliness of the place?"

"The room had a few doggy kibbles on the floor. Other than that it was ok. The bed was very comfortable. Even though they are doing construction on the site, it wasn’t noisy. The staff was very nice "

"Not a bad spot very close to the cruise port. Not much around other than Burger King and McDonald’s. A bit pricey for what it was, but that’s how it goes if you want to be close to the port. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast is really good. Lots of variety and the staff keep it well stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. They let us check in quite early, which kept us from standing around all morning after a very early morning of travel."
