"The location is perfect!! It’s right on the beach and right by the Cocoa Beach Pier!! The beach was beautiful and quiet. The beach shops and restaurants were super cute and nice. Our first room was in the old building. It was a small room but it was clean but once we sat down on the bed there was a cockroach that crawled across my daughter. She had a panic attack about it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to upgrade to a suite in the newer building with a private balcony...

"The lady at the front desk was extremely energetic and gave us all the info on breakfast, etc. The room was clean but the a/c was loud. The bathroom was clean but had hairs in several places, we didn’t have any face cloths, just hand and bath towels."

"This hotel was amazing! We loved the space theme-which was simple and thoughtful. We loved seeing a night rocket launch from right behind the hotel. It was about 13 miles from the launch and nothing was blocking the view…and you could really see and hear it! We loved the pool and all of the fun pool toys and pool volleyball net! The rooms were very clean and comfortable! The view of the water and palm trees out our window was gorgeous! The space wallpaper was beautiful and there was a cute...

"We had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast was great, room comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the extra pool and beach towels they provided. *If the listing still says there is a poolside restaurant and beach loungers -this is incorrect and something the hotels has been trying to get Expedia to take down. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach for a reasonable price."

"It was very clean and very close to cruise port, i prevailed for early check in and paid for it but one guy staff was kinda rude while the ladies were very nice and said i already spoke to them!"

"I always stay at Holiday Inn Express. Some are better that others. This one looked like they had bought the hotel out from another company and renovated it. just didn’t have the “feel” of a holiday inn express. Stay was still good, breakfast good as usual. Needed your room card to get ice which was a little odd."
