"The staff and their attentiveness to our needs is very comforting. The room was well maintained, other then a leaky toilet (not a big deal), and the water pressure was amazing! We love staying here!!"

"We came up from south Florida for a couple of days. Hotel location was perfect to see a launch and centrally located. Room clean, breakfast nice variety, staff very nice. First night we were on second floor but asked if we could move higher. They moved us right up to fifth floor and it was the perfect view of ocean and pier. Dog friendly for our pup too! Only suggestion but definitely not a complaint, clean the fenced in dog area up a little. We’ll be back and recommend to our friends. "

"Air conditioner in the living room worked well but the air conditioner in the bed room was not very cool and we could not get it to get cooler."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Crown Plaza. All the staff were polite and professional and asked how we were doing. The hotel is clean and Longboards food is excellent. Having live bands on the weekend was a major bonus and gave the experience a great vibe. We will come back!"
