This property is fantastic, its very clean and the lady that was doing our rooms Maria is a credit to your business. The food was fresh evry day with a varaiety of salads and main dishes. We had a pleasent stay, we will come back again 100%.

Great staff, tired hotel, poor buffet

Hotel staff are lovely, hotel itself is rired and nweding upgraded. The buffet was not good, if you went in the last hour of service there was very little left and they did not replenish even though there was still an hour to go. Alao the hot food was not kept warm, hot when it was put out but cooled down quickly.

We had a lovely stay. Clean room. Great view of the pool and beach-definitely worth paying for the sea view. Perfect location for the beach and lovely town of sozopol. Went end of may so slightly out of season so was quiet but perfect for us. We did brave the pool but it was on the cold side. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Stay by the Beach with Excellent Service

This hotel really made our stay in Sozopol enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, we felt we got great value. We highly recommend booking a sea view apartment—the view is fantastic. The room was refurbished, very clean, and serviced daily with fresh sheets and towels. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a solution. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The beach is just in front of the hotel, with a beautiful path leading down to it. Breakfast and dinner were okay but could be improved. It was often crowded in the restaurant area due to large conference groups, which made dining less relaxing—separate seating or different meal times for them would help. Moving around with a baby stroller was also a bit tricky. While there is an elevator to the pool and beach, access to the restaurant and rooms could be made easier. Overall, we had a great stay in a beautiful location with friendly staff but with a few areas that could be improved.

Positives: Clean, friendly staff at the reception, location, prices. Negatives: horrible beds, smelly bathroom (sewage), labyrinth inside, mostly very small balconies, water all over the bathroom floor when showering (shower cubicle), not enough lifts, lift’s quality is not good.
