"The rooms we had were spotless, and they’re huge. Staff were friendly, and helpful. I cannot emphasize enough how well we were treated. There’s no elevator, it didn’t bother us - we were offered help with our bags at check-in and out. Great location. This may be my new Seattle hotel. "

"The location is excellent - close to train, shopping and amenities. The room itself was really clean, nicely updated compared to the exterior. However the wifi was really spotty and only worked half the time. The staff wasn't very helpful, and overall the place was kinda sketchy. If you want a budget hotel in the middle of downtown it's a good price, but you'll only get the bare minimum."

"Room was not ready for 3pm. Halls needed a vacuum. Elevator was filthy. Pull out sofa do not have any pillows or blankets even though I booked the room for 4 adults. We had to call for bedding and got one sheet and one thin blanket. Only 3 towels provided. Expedia said the room included breakfast. Then they wanted $22 per person for breakfast so we left early to get food elsewhere. My card was charged an extra $100 for a deposit. This was not communicated to me. I have to wait 3 business days...

"The one star represents proximity to activities. It was the only good thing about staying here. I accepted taking a quality sacrifice for affordability and proximity to Seattle City Center. But i was shocked at how there was duct tape holding together the a/c in the room and we coulnt even operate it because the bed was right in front of it, rusty staples holding up the old dingy 80's wall paper in the bathroom, black mold and chipped paint around the sweating window, and the bed with springs...

"Great location! We were in town for the Mariners home opener. Location was walkable to the stadium plus super close to the waterfront to see other near by attractions. Hotel itself felt safe, the area at times seemed questionable with homeless but there is onsite security. They also hav downtown ambassadors who were moving the homeless alone. Staff was friendly, restaurant onsite was great (ordered twice to the room). Parking is valet only and pricey is the only downside. "

"Got a good deal for weekly airport parking. No hot water. Good areas in general. Did not eat breakfast or lunch. Free airport pickup and droop off, fairly quick."
