"STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, AWFUL FOOD, AND UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I travel frequently for business and have stayed at many hotels across the country. I can confidently say that my experience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memphis/Germantown, located at 7784 Wolf Trail Cove, Germantown, TN, was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had.
The biggest problem was the General Manager. I found him extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in...

"We came to Memphis for our grandson's band competition. This hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Our unit was clean, a bit outdated but still nice and kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was clean, tub needs to be recalked. The pool and hot tub were closed for the season. We were greeted daily by friendly staff and enjoyed the breakfasts the hotel provided. We would stay again."
