"EVERYTHING here was AMAZING!!! When checking in the lady at the counter was beyond sweet and gave us all the info we needed to enter/lock the cabin, how to get in to the office after hours if needed, pool hours, and where exactly to park our car. Our cabin was nice and clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, and clean restroom. 10 out of 10 stars to Gooseberry Lodges! The GARCIA FAMILY will definitely be returning! Keep up the awesome work!!!"

"Booked our room through Expedia. I requested a king size bed and a sofa sleeper when we got into the room it did not have the sofa sleeper. We requested an upgrade or another room with what we paid for. It did not help us. That said, we don't have nothing available and we aren't able to get our money back because we booked through a third party and they did nothing to help us or accommodate us. I would not go there again. Poor customer service"

"Unser Zimmer war mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. 2 Sätze Handtücher waren auch vorhanden. Wir waren für drei Nächte dort und in dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und der verbrauchte Kaffee- und Teebestand wurde nicht aufgefüllt jedoch wird die Zimmerreinigung gegen einen Aufpreis angeboten. Das wussten wir aber vorher. Das Zimmer war total sauber hatte jedoch Teppichboden und die Klimaanlage roch etwas unangenehm. Für uns waren die Betten sehr unbequem da...

"Stay was ok but the elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. It got tiring going up and down"

"I loved the stay the only thing i didnt like was the insects inside the cabin to may grass hoppers my kids were a lil scared to go to sleep by themselves, maybe next time we’ll rent a lil house instead of a cabin"

"I think this place had a whole renovation because in the room everything was brand new from the floor to the ceiling ceilings to all the furniture. The beds in the bathroom was spotless everything."

"Our check-in attendant was so friendly and helpful. He recommended sites we shouldn’t miss during our trip to Zion. Because of him, I would definitely come back to stay here. I forgot his name, but he was from Los Cabos, San Lucas. The only gripe I have is that they did not clean our room while we were out for the day, but maybe I should have put the sign out on the door."
