I do not recommend the rooms on the bottom floor because you can hear every single move the person above you makes. Then when we learned that we were on the second floor Adam brought Rayland who brought our bags up and was so nice. I insisted he take a tip but he refused. And whenever we saw him he was smiling and nice. The room was large and beautiful. Everything about the room, shower, and balcony was great. I’ve decided to use Expedia more because of this property especially and others which is saying a lot since I have high levels with two other hotel chains. "
