"It was a lovely period hotel that was restored to its original glory. The room was spacious with all the amenities. The bed and linens were superb. It’s right downtown and close to the attractions. Restaurant and lounge were equally good."

"I never give negative feedback, but this hotel deserves it. The first room had nail clippings and hair on the bed sheets. After switching rooms, the second one had an overwhelming feet smell throughout the entire room. When I called the front desk for help, the staff were rude, handed me a duvet without even a clean sheet, and walked away without resolving the issue. Terrible cleanliness and even worse customer service."

"Great spot just off the TCH. Little noise as just down a hill from the highway. Front staff very helpful. Breakfast OK. Clean. Newer property. Mattress slides off the bed if you sit up against the wall lol Not enough pillows."

"Definetly not what was advertised. The room was very damp and not renovated like it said. Old carpet and smelled very musty. Staff said pool was out of service for the night. Then go for a walk around and people are in the pool. Overall I don't recommend staying here."
