"Floor and bathroom were not very clean with hair in shower and floors. Dresser between beds had a drawer that wouldn't stay shut. Also the mattress for the couch bed was terrible, not clean and nasty stains in it. Room also did not have enough towels or bedding. Definitely disappointed for the price we paid for the room. Didn't look like much pride was in it anymore."

"The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for."

"Needs updating and refrigerators in rooms. Great location for Santa Claus World. You’ll have to do research on areas to eat and drive too unless, you want pizza or subway. We visited the end of June beginning of July and all the stores closed around 5:00."

"The first room we got was filthy dirty. It had about 6 inches of dust on the furniture and the bathroom toilet had pubic hairs and dried urine all over it. It also had an unpleasnt odor. We asked for another room and it was much better. Even that room has a lot of dust and there was toenails on the floor. I will say that the staff was very helpful in getting us in to the second room. "The morning staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the desk helped me find an ice machine. A nice gentleman and I chatted about my love for the cinnamon rolls you can only find at their hotels. And the breakfast attendant kept everything clean, and even packed up an extra cinnamon roll for us to take along. We left there ready for a good day."
