"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to wait a bit to check in because there was only one person at the front desk, and many people were trying to check in. A great variety of breakfast foods. There is no elevator, so be aware that you will have to lug your luggage up one flight of stairs; it isn't terrible. Overall, great experience, and I will come back."

"Driving up to the front of the hotel is lackluster. But upon entering,you are great with a lively lobby and beautiful great room. The rooms are more of a Holiday Inn quality with Holiday Inn room quality amenities… not the spa quality room one would expect. But it is clean, and we loved having our own hot tub on the balcony. The dining room food was “fine”. The staff was fantastic. The spa was very nice. We would return, with adjusted expectations. "

"From arrival to departure we were impressed. The property/ building was beautiful and very well maintained. Check-in was simple, the staff as genuinely friendly and welcoming. "1st of all there was no hot water in your room to take a shower it was all cold i stayed there for 3 days i called the front desk they said they would look into it never got fixed 2ed they charge you 25 dollars a day to park At their establishment, when you're already staying in renting a room, I think that is ridiculous. the un Limited, soda is not really unlimited. You have to hit the soda machine with your key QR Code, and then you only have less than 20 seconds to fill it up and then it shuts off and then you have 7 minutes before you can get more soda so if the machine gets low on your flavor of soda, you have to wait until another 7 minutes to get soda.you spend a lot of money to stay there and they find more ways get more money out of you I believe that's ridiculous. Don't think I'll be going back."
