"The bathroom is too small. The toilet is half way the door. The sink is like a salad bowl size. There’s barely any space for your own stuff. The hotel charges 28 dollars for something you don’t really need, such as 5-6 pm happy hour beer, etc. They don’t have anything except for a bar of soap. The most most horrible thing is the flush sound of the toilet. You can hear your next door neighbor flushing so clearly and loudly that it can wake you up in the middle of the night."

"We stayed 5 nights I think and got housekeeping in between Days 1 and 2, and didn’t see anyone the rest of the week. We had to ask at the front desk 3 times for fresh towels and soap! Our room fridge was defrosting itself as we arrived and created a huge puddle of water on the floor. The over abundance of air fresher being used didn’t do much to mask the marijuana smell wafting out of a room down the hall from us. The shower stall leaked. The toilet seat was missing a bolt so it was like a slip...

"Great little hotel near restaurants and the river. Quirky ambiance that works. Only think was in our room, the large window had kids fingerprints all over and smears of unknown substances.. I just closed the curtains so I didn't have to look at it."

"The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway in a quiet area, away from the busy downtown core. For a hotel that is over 100 years old, it has been well maintained and is in good condition.
The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, and the bathtub drains slowly while showering. There are also some signs of wear in the room, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future."
