"Front desk staff is good. Maintenance is HORRIBLe. Took 1.5 days to get the a/c corrected. BOTH elevators were inoperative- repeat BOTH! Valet was good. Waiter is good. Pool heat failed. Manager on duty was good."

"The house worked out great. Couple constructive comments:
1) Add shower head to lower bathroom / bath tub. Having 8 people share upstairs shower is not ideal.
2) The garbage dumpster had padlock on it and we had to keep garbage bags in the house. "
