"Unfortunately the hot tub was down for cleaning during our visit and I had been looking forward to getting in the hot tub. There was an empty water bottle found behind our night stand, so the house keepers should be sure to check behind there during the cleaning!! The fridge was up to high and was freezing our drinks and food. But we enjoyed our stay and loved it"

The pools with the water slides were great, the free shuttle to Silver Dollar City really helped, and the free lake activities were so much fun! The staff, the room, and the onsite food options make this place one we will definitely return to during our next trip to Branson. "

"Great customer service with the staff. We did have a older room and the kitchen sink was leaking underneath, which had water almost on the floor and the tv remote needed to be replaced. Maintence dept came right away to repair the problem. We did like the 1 bedroom king condo layout. Will stay again when visiting Branson, MO "

"All of the grounds were beautiful. We went to the waterfall, it was beautiful. They were remodeling the suite that adjoined our room. The workers did not come early, they worked most of the time while we were gone. We really appreciated that. We were on our honeymoon. "
