"The room was clean, but the fan in the bathroom must’ve had something wrong with it because it rattled so bad that I’d wake her way up at night when it turned bathroom turn on and I wish we didn’t know the pool was closed before the grandkids were disappointed they didn’t get to swim, but overall the hotel is very nice and good staff"

"Beware, it's a long way from Twin Falls, 30+ minutes, by road to the East. It's beside a very noisy concrete plant, (the rooms, at the north end, farthest from reception) and a truck stop with trucks refuelling of parked up at night. Tiny TV, the place while clean and comfortable is a bit of an 80s / 90s throwback. If it's late at night and you need a bed for one night, it'll do, as long as you avoid the concrete making. "The staff were courteous but this is a pretty rundown hotel. It's hard to tell from photos online how it will be in person. They furniture, carpeting, and surfaces were dingy and dated. I'm not a picky eater but the muffin I grabbed to go was so stale that I threw it away after one bite. There wasn't even free WiFi. I regret paying $150 per night for what felt more like an $80-per-night motel experience. "

"Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash....

"This was our second time staying. Each time the front desk staff have been so nice and accommodating. The food at the restaurant is always delicious as well as the breakfast. The pools are clean along with the rooms. Being right on the river is an added bonus. The outdoor bar, live music inside lobby, outdoor activities etc make the stay more unique. We will continue to stay here and recommend this place to friends and family."
